Texas native Michael Pandolfo has been working in opera and musical theatre performance his entire life. Michael has performed with numerous companies such as The Glimmerglass Festival, The Janiec Opera Company, The Seagle Music Colony, Fort Worth Opera, and Wolf Trap Opera . He has also performed concert work at various houses across the country, including the Sarasota Opera House, the Mormon Tabernacle, Abravanel Hall, the Kennedy Center, and Carnegie Hall.
An award winning singer, Michael has competed with great success in many major competitions for classical singers. He is a YoungArts alumnus, attending the program in 2014, and a National Society of Arts and Letters National Winner in Voice. He placed several times in the Kentucky NATS voice competitions. In 2020, Michael was named the winner of the Corbett Opera Scholarship competition, and in November of that year received an Encouragement Award for the Kentucky district Metropolitan Opera National Council Auditions.
Michael Pandolfo graduated from the University of Kentucky in 2018 with his Bachelor's of Music in Vocal Performance, where he studied with renowned soprano Cynthia Lawrence. He recently graduated from the University of Cincinnati College Conservatory of Music (CCM) with his Masters in Music, where he studied with revered teacher Professor William McGraw.
